Every tour information page has a button that reads “Book My Tour Now”.
When you click on that button, the browser will open a pop-up window that will ask you for some information, such as how many people in your party, pick-up location, travel date and preferred departure time.
The pop-up window will also have a button that reads “Add to Cart”. Enter the number of people in your party and all other requested information for the tour. Note that some tours or activities have a menu of different options from which you can choose, such as departure time or certain inclusions or exclusions. These options will appear in a drop-down menu on the pop-up window.
After you have selected the options you wish to purchase, and all other required information, click the “Add to Cart” button.
This will take you to the “Shopping Cart” page, where you will see a quote for the price of the tour you have selected. If you wish to accept the quote, you can proceed to the checkout page to enter your personal and payment details.
After you have completed the checkout, you will receive an email from iHeartDR with your order summary along with a payment receipt from PayPal confirming the transfer of funds.
Within 48 hours you will receive another email containing a link to a voucher for your tour with your confirmed pick-up time and location. You will print this voucher out for presentation to the tour operator at the beginning of your tour.
We suggest that you staple the tour’s entire information page to the travel voucher so that you will have all of the necessary information at your fingertips when you arrive at your destination.
