It has been more than 48 hours since I booked and I have not received my voucher(s)

All bookings are processed within 48 hours, however, voucher confirmations sometimes take a little longer than 48 hours, especially over weekends and holidays. iHeartDR will do everything possible to secure a confirmation. Please contact us using our contact form or directly via email at info@iheartdr.com if it has been well over 48 hours and you still haven’t received your voucher or any other communication from iHeartDR.

NOTE: Please check you spam folder since some email providers might filter messages like those from iHeartDR.
