What can I do if I don't have a printer to print the voucher?

You must print your voucher and present it to the tour operator at the beginning of your activity. If you are having difficulty printing your voucher, please contact the iHeartDR Customer Support team via email at info@iheartdr.com or using our contact form who can advise “last resort” options to allow you to receive a printout of your voucher – for example, by fax or mail at your hotel.
