I will be leaving on my trip soon and I will not have access to emails, so how can I receive my confirmation and vouchers?

We strongly advise you provide us with an alternate form of communication such as a cell phone number or hotel room number in case we cannot reach you via email.

If you did not provide any such details while booking online please contact the iHeartDR Customer Support team via email at or by using our contact form and advise your order number, we will then contact you by phone and provide you with a confirmed pick up time and location.

Please note that this option is reserved for confirmations very near to the departure date.
