What if the name on my photo ID is different from the name on my voucher?

Having a different name on your photo ID as is on the voucher should not be a problem as long as you have valid secondary identification showing the name on the voucher. If this is not possible, please contact the iHEARTDR Customer Service team via email at [email protected] or using our contact form to amend the details of your booking.
