What if the name on my photo ID is different from the name on my voucher?

Having a different name on your photo ID as is on the voucher should not be a problem as long as you have valid secondary identification showing the name on the voucher. If this is not possible, please contact the iHEARTDR Customer Service team via email at info@iheartdr.com or using our contact form to amend the details of your booking.
