How do I cancel my booking?

Please read our Cancellation Policy regarding possible cancellation fees before canceling your booking. Should you decide to go ahead and cancel, please contact iHeartDR Customer Support via email at or using our contact form with your existing order number and the specific details of your request.

Cancellations may be made FREE OF CHARGE if done at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time.
