What do I do if I have not received an answer from you within 48 hours?

The iHeartDR Customer Support team prides itself on providing fast and detailed responses to your questions 7 days a week. Our goal is to respond to each request for information within 12 to 24 hours, although it occasionally may take up to 48 hours for some responses.
